If 2013 spend follows the same pattern as 2012 wrt the requested budget i.e. 67.8% this would equate to an actual spend of £253k

Propose that in July 2013 – Regions submit a grant request to cover 12 months from 1 st Sept 2013 – 31 st August 2014 (i.e. the full ‘Programme Year’) Aug 2013 – Grants collated and agreed. Regional allocations confirmed. Trustees notified of significant issues. Oct – Dec 2013 Institution central accounting for 2014 calendar year will be made by staff/RSB Chair. Regions will not be asked to submit budget requests
