MACROS MUST BE ENABLED FOR THIS FILE TO WORK In PPT 2002/2003: - Choose Tools | Macro | Security. - On the Security Level tab, click Medium. - Close all open dialog boxes. NOTE: When user opens a file that contains macros, PPT will display a warning dialog box and offer the choice to enable the macros or not. In PPT 2007/2010: - Choose Office Button | PowerPoint Options | Trust Center | Trust Center Settings. - Click Macro Settings. - Click Disable all macros with notification. - Close all open dialog boxes. NOTE: When user opens a file that contains macros, PPT will display a bar beneath the ribbon with the text “Security Warning: Macros have been disabled” and an Options... button. 10 ENABLING POWERPOINT MACROS PowerPoint 2013, 2010PowerPoint 2007PowerPoint 2003, 2002, 2000 1.Select the File menu or press Alt+F key combination. 2.Click Options button in the left pane. 3.Select Trust Center in the left pane. 4.Click Trust Center Settings button in the right pane. 5.Select Macro Settings in the left pane. 6.Select Disable all macros with notification option. 7.Click OK buttons. 1.Select the Office Button or press Alt+F key combination. 2.Click PowerPoint Options button. 3.Select Trust Center in the left pane. 4.Click Trust Center Settings button in the right pane. 5.Select Macro Settings in the left pane. 6.Select Disable all macros with notification option. 7.Click OK buttons. 1.Select Tools | Macro | Security. 2.In the Security Level page, select Medium. 3.Click OK to dismiss the dialog box.

ON THE INSERT TAB, IN THE LINKS GROUP, CLICK HYPERLINK. 3. UNDER HYPERLINK TO:, CLICK PLACE IN THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDER SELECT A PLACE IN THIS DOCUMENT, CLICK THE SLIDE THAT YOU WANT TO USE AS THE HYPERLINK DESTINATION. NOTE: COPY AND USE OUR SAMPLE BUTTON IF YOU LIKE.
