6. Stages and time line for planning process PSDHS decided to develop a 4-year strategic Action Plan in 2009. 1 st ever PSDHS Annual Health Forum held in June 2010, involving PSDHS, and stakeholders SAP kick-off during 2 nd Annual meeting on March 23-25,2011 To be completed in 2013

Strength of the plan and planning Planning Process SAP is developed by the Health Services staff and Stakeholders without assistance of consultant It is transparent and has built in indicators for success. It will be evaluated continuously annually during Annual Health forum It is developed to guide us in our work
