4 Example Mihaylo Undergrad Learning Goal (#3c) Goal - Students will be/have: 3) Interpersonal skills Objective - Students will do/make: c. Diagnose and resolve conflict in group and organizational settings. MEASURABLE

5 Why do you need them? Guided instruction Gives students an idea of where you’re headed and what to expect Promises

6 Where should you begin?  List all of the skills your students receive from your course  Worksheet  TGI Worksheet  Narrow down the five essential skills you want/need students to leave with  Apply the “why” to each Brainstorm!
