2. Tenochtitlan The Aztecs saw a need to build the city of Tenochtitlan in the middle of a huge lake. They had to make a causeway all the way from the bank to where Tenochtitlan would be.

3. The Great Temple Another of many Aztec achievements is the Great Temple in the middle of Tenochtitlan. It is 150 feet high and has two stairways for two different gods.
