2 Starter: Work with a partner and take turns asking each other: Who might the people in the picture be? What could they be doing? Who might be the person in the drawing?

3 Based on your answers, write a short story, on lined paper, about the picture above: one, two or three paragraphs. Try to use 1, 2 or 3 modal verbs- could, might, can be, should be..

4 Task 1: Turn your back to your partner and ask him/her to describe: an object or a person( family member, a friend or a celebrity) or a book cover. While your partner is describing, you will be drawing the image of what or who is being described. Ask questions. Finally show your drawing to your partner and let him/her decide how successful is your drawing. Tell your partner what he or she could have described better to help you in your drawing. Task 2: Swap roles with your partner and repeat the process. Who was better in drawing and who was better in describing. Give each other points 1-10.
