1. Interstate CourseLink Instructions August 2013

2.  Go to http://www.vtac.edu.au/careers.htmlhttp://www.vtac.edu.au/careers.html  Select the CourseLink icon.  Select Interstate Careers Practitioners only

3.  If the email address we have recorded is correct, select Yes.  If you wish to update the email address select No and follow the prompts.

4.  After confirming your email address you will see the main menu and a welcome message  To access the list of students that have applied for courses through VTAC, go to Student Data.

6. This screen contains details of the student’s VTAC application number, preferences, payment, offer publication status and a notes section.

7.  Provides an overall summary of applications by students from your school  Schools can filter the data by institution, area of interest and preference level.  The student enrolment status report will be available in July 2014.

8.  Key Dates is an excel spreadsheet which you can filter in order of priority and contains dates for CourseLink and general application and offer dates.  Account Management is where you can update your password and contact email address. Note: The school login cannot be changed.  Publications provides a link to the publications available on the VTAC website.

9.  Information/Briefing sessions: Careers practitioners who wish to attend VTAC’s annual briefing session program can register. Registrations for next year’s program will open in June 2014.  Student Access: Provides a direct link to student access CourseLink. Interstate Year 12 students can use this program to compare their study programs with prerequisites for courses in Victoria.
