10 Voice DNA (Dynamic Network Application)
Voice DNA Provides Multiple Access options All-Distance calling with nationwide pricing Telephony features & enhanced applications including Voice Mail Find Me Follow Me Switch phones Conferencing Customer Portal for enterprise-wide administration and end user feature support VoIP SLA’s Redundancy Options Last May, we announced AT&T Dynamic Network Applications, or DNA, an integrated portfolio of IP services that will support the next generation of business communications – everything from voice to conferencing to messaging and beyond. This portfolio of services is standards-based and capable of interoperating with service-oriented business applications from AT&T and third-party providers. The first service available in the portfolio was AT&T Voice DNA – an IP Centrex service. We’re proud to say that TMC, the sponsor of this conference, has selected AT&T Voice DNA service as its 2005 VoIP Product of the Year Award winner. We’d like to thank TMC for this award – and also for the three 2005 VoIP Service Provider Awards presented by TMC’s Internet Telephony magazine late last year for our AT&T CallVantage Service. One of the key advantages of AT&T Voice DNA is the ability for customers to manage advanced features of the service through our BusinessDirect customer support and network management portal. On the right of this slide you can see the screens for the control module where customers can assign numbers – and the portal for assigning features and functions. Customers can make all their line-side changes live on the portal. The key here is the ease of use and the control. Benefits Include Greater business productivity Reduced complexity Cost savings

14 IP Audio Conferencing Provides IP Web Conferencing Provides
Audio & Web Conference Services over IP IP Audio Conferencing Provides SIP-based, IP Reservationless Conferencing Management of all platform & network hardware Operations team supporting registrations management, training, help desk, trouble assistance, etc. Capital / Asset Management Production Maintenance Organization supporting all maintenance activities / upgrades Scalable, low cost solution Identical user experience regardless of access (e.g. PSTN or IP ) Migration ease from TDM to IP environments IP Web Conferencing Provides Document collaboration Application and desktop sharing Features and enhanced applications from Whiteboard, Chat & File Share Easy access from anywhere from Internet Secure experience including SSL encryption Reliable, network based solution Through one interface, users can set up either an audio or Web conference. On an audio conference, there’s an identical experience for participants using an IP connection or a traditional TDM phone. Web conferences offer features such as document collaboration, chat, and file sharing. And because it’s IP-based, a number of services can work together. So in our AT&T Labs, we’re testing services that integrate features such as speech-to-text and advanced search. So users can get an automatic transcript of a conference call – then use advanced search to find topics they want to replay, and click to hear the sections of the call they want.
