Mini abstract: Our bioinformatics analysis base on gene expression profile revealed the involvement of COL3A1 in skeletal system process, and ribosomal proteins (RP) including RPL8, RPS16 and RPS23 in the biological processes of translation, translational elongation and RNA processing respectively in the progression of DD, suggesting the potential use of being specific therapeutic molecular targets in the treatment of DD.
