Fair attendance can mean 20% or 80% absence Rubrics to Help:  Add objectivity, point of reference  Add standards, expectations, fairness  E.g. Fair attendance is described Student Evaluation: Attendance:1= Poor, 2= Fair, 3= Good Questions: 1= Poor, 2= Fair, 3= Good Participation:1= Poor, 2= Fair, 3= Good
