Nail technicians have an unacceptably high exposure to chemicals EPA needs to revisit and revise toxicity values (especially EMA) There are several other chemicals in the salon that could exacerbate health problems In absence of a safer alternative chemical, ventilation and PPE must be provided More needs to be done to protect the health of nail technicians and other vulnerable populations
