APPLICATIONS MODULE

3.0 APPLICATIONS module is use to manage applicants details for both Online and On Campus.

3.1 ADMISSIONS (ONLINE AND ON CAMPUS) 1. Under click on and the system will show a list of Online mode applicants

2. Click on to view On Campus mode applicants

3.1.1 HOW TO EDIT APPLICATION DETAILS

1. From the applicant list, click on an applicant name then click on tab, a page of student details is opened. For example:

2. You can also click on tab to open the student details page in new window 3. From the above page, click on link and page is opened

4. From page you can :- i. Change Image ii. Edit Personal Details iii. Edit Guardian Details iv. Martial Details v. Education Background vi. Employment Details 5. Click on button to save the changes

3.1.2 HOW TO UPDATE EXISTING RECORDS 1. and that has been updated will be displayed in this page

2. From here Click on link to add new details. Click on link to edit the existing details. Click on link to delete the existing details. 3. Add Notes under this column if necessary

3.1.3 HOW TO EDIT ADMISSION APPLICATIONS 1. From this page, click on link

and this page is opened 2. From page you can :- i. Change Intake ii. Change Course 1 and Course 2 iii. Change Learning Centre iv. Applying Scholarship v. Has pay for Processing Fee 3. Click on button to save the changes

3.1.4 HOW TO SEND DOCUMENT REQUEST EMAIL 1.Applicant need to send related documents in order to complete their application process. From this page, click on link to send a document request email

2. The system will automatically send the request email to applicant and shows this success message.

3.1.5 HOW TO CHANGE APPLICANT STATUS 1.From the filter on the right pane of this page, you can view all applicant status.

2.These status is actually shows in which stage currently they are and it can be changed from one to another stage but not in reverse.

For example: This applicant is now in AV status. Change the status to the next stage, DS once he/she submit related required document. If he/she intent to quit and cancel application, change the status to CX.

3.Then click on button. This process will continue until the applicant is enrolled to a student

3.1.6 HOW TO ENROLL APPLICANT TO STUDENT 1.Only applicant with status LA can be enrolled. Use filter on right pane to search LA status applicant. For example:

3. Click and this page is opened 4. Choose the right settings for this applicant then click on button

3.1.7 HOW TO UPLOAD DOCUMENTS 1.The document that is sent by applicant/student can be uploaded into system. Scroll down this page,

till you see this features 2. Click on link then this page is opened

3. Click on button to upload the documents 4. Then click on button

3.2 ADM SUMMARY (ONLINE AND ON CAMPUS) This module will shows Summary of Admission Application for Online and On Campus

3.2.1 HOW TO VIEW ADM SUMMARY (ONLINE AND ON CAMPUS) 1. Under click on and the system will show a Summary of Online Admission Application

2.Click on and the system will show a Summary of On Campus Admission Application

3. Click on Semester tab from this to view the list by intake. This list is grouped by level; Bachelor, Master, PhD, Diploma and Certificate.
