9 The mechanism To encourage co-productions in Wallonia or bring them here, we invest, on average, €250,000 per project. Part is a loan, part is co-production Rule: Producer’s regional expenses = 100 % in AV ! Under these conditions, he receives: 60 % as equity 40 % as loan Regional stimulus: Each time the production exceeds the regional expenditure by 5 % The loan share is reduced by 1 %
