3 3 Tribunal rulings Rates (9 March 1999) –4 cents a page –coursepacks, 5 cents –artworks and print music, 15 cents –slides of artworks, $1 Interim Orders on Sampling Scheme (5 January 2000) No ruling: rate for digital
