3 Submitted Questions In the registration form, we asked if you had any questions or topics that you would like to see covered in the training. We tried to cover submitted topics in the presentations. Below are several of the specific questions that were submitted. Are for-profit private schools eligible for the E-Rate Program? Does E-rate cover fiber connection into the school? Does E-rate cover point of service software for NSLP? How do we seek input from vendors without violating open and fair bidding requirements? We normally list recurring services as month to month on Form 471 instead of as state contract. Do you recommend continuation of this practice due to the longer initial review time we are experiencing before being funded? Now that DivTel is filing customer 471 FCC forms, who is responsible for filing Form 486? What is the best procedure when you need to make a change of provider? What type of documentation is required if you are audited? Is documentation in digital format acceptable?
