4 Lesson 1: Step on it! Usain Bolt at the 2008 Olympic Games Usain won gold medals for the 100m and 200m races at the 2008 Olympic Games. In the 100m, he slowed down before he crossed the finish line – his shoelace was untied! Usain wore gold running shoes at the 2008 Olympics.
