1. Primary school number 3 in Żory Our school was founded in 1973. There are about 470 students (ages 6-13) and 40 teachers at our school. We have two computer laboratories, 18 other clasrooms designed for different subjects and 5 interactive ready-for-use boards, two gyms and the outdoor playing area for small children, the playground and football pitch.

2. School principals and leading Comenius clubs The principal of our school is Mrs Irena Krzywoń. Vice principals are Mrs Grażyna Frąckowiak and Mrs Natalia Chrabańska. The leading Comenius club is called "Window on the World", and it is conducted by Mrs Monika Michalska. "Comenius for Beginners" is conducted by Mrs Anna Kania. Leading drama club is directed by Mrs Monika Franczuk-Frysz. The journalist club which is the "Chronicle of Comenius' is conducted by Mrs Jowita Chodacka-Wojtynek, and last but not least the "Around Żory with Comenius „ club is organised by Mrs Gabriela Steuer.

3. Groups of Comenius There are a lot of groups dealing with Comenius in our school. The students working directly on the project’s results are divided into 3 main groups. We work on translations, posters, leaflets, presentations, and we put the pictures on the blog. Another 3 groups concentrate on particular activities, they are: - theatre group which prepares the performances - journalist group which edits the multimedia journal about Comenius - Comenius around Żory club during which students walk and take photos of interesting places in Żory

5. A few of us Waleria: I like dancing and listening to music. Zuzia M: I like listening to music, dancing and surfing the net. Zuzia K: I like reading, listening to music, making jewelery and a lot others. Kasia: I like listening to music and playing volleyball. Gosia: I like theatre, music, dancing and many others. Hania: I like listening to music, painting and dancing. Janka: I like making decupage. Agata: I like dancing and singing. Wiktoria: I like dancing and listening to music.

Alicja: I like dancing. Jakub: I like playing football. Paweł: I like listening to music and playing the piano. Agata: I like listening to music.
