BUG SPY “It’s a Bugs life!”

Our organization> Reds We are an organisation called Reds and we specialize in the nature and wildlife industry. We came up with the name REDS for our company through cheer initiative and because it is not easy to forget as it also has a visual image to it.”

Our product> Bug spy As an organisation we came up with the idea of creating a bug app that identifies and gives a brief description about bugs and insects. This will be especially useful when coming across unrecognizable insects. Whether that be in your garden or in outdoor environments whether that be on a national or global scale. We chose this product simply because there is none like it on the market and we feel that it will be greatly beneficial to the general public.

Our Business plan We are going to ask for an investment of £250,000 for our product, this will cover salaries, utilities and equipment costs. Our development period would be a total of 1 year. There will be a team of 8 staff to see out our product including: CEO Researcher Developer Marketing Finance PHP coder Photographer Web/app designer

The interface of our app

Target audience We have chosen Tourists& travellers as our main audience. The reason behind this being that England is not really a place with a high biodiversity of bugs and insects in comparison to other countries where the climate is more appealing. Other target audiences will include: Zookeepers Vets Curious people People who like the outdoors and wildlife Farmers Pest control People with insects/bug allergies Kids
