2  STEP 1  Open Publisher  Under “Publication Types” select “Menus”  Then under the “Wine/Dessert” section, select “Crisscross”

3  STEP 2  Use the “Format Publication” toolbar to change the “Color Schemes” and “Font Schemes” to your choice Enter your own restaurant name Find your own wine-related picture Delete Bold this type

4  STEP 3  Go to the 2 nd and 3 rd page  Add your own wines and prices

5  STEP 4  Go to the 4 th page  Enter any desserts you choose  Change the clipart to something that you choose.
