Goals for today Provide an overview of the plans and goals for your Odyssey implementation Provide necessary information so team members can share and communicate the overall goals, expectations and implementation needs to ensure a successful implementation

Ensuring Success School Level Administrators Providing clear, timely communication to participants regarding dates, times, logistics, and purpose of the implementation Attending and actively participating in as many parts of the implementation phases as possible

Ensuring Success School Level Administrators Incorporating accountability measures for follow-up work into professional learning expectations for participants Making sure arrangements have been made for all implementation logistics for school/district participants

Ensuring Success Faculty Participants Demonstrating application of the operating principles discussed during professional development sessions within their instruction Completing all assigned work Communicating learning needs, in a timely manner, to the Train the Trainer Facilitator and the school/district key leadership team representative

Ensuring Success Train the Trainer Team – District personnel Serving as the main contact person, responsible for the successful completion of the services as defined in the implementation plan Communicating with school/district key contacts as needed to ensure that all steps of the planning, implementation, and follow-up processes are completed to the levels of satisfaction necessary to achieve predetermined results

Ensuring Success Train the Trainer Team Providing support and timely communication to ensure that the implementation is completed on time and meet all pre- determined objectives Implementing the professional development plan and session delivery methods as defined in the implementation plan Meeting with local leadership team representative(s) to review and provide feedback regarding the professional development sessions after completion Completing all agreed-upon follow-up
