Open Heavens II -The Father’s outpour-

Joel 2:21-22 21 Do not be afraid, land of Judah; be glad and rejoice. Surely the LORD has done great things! 22 Do not be afraid, you wild animals, for the pastures in the wilderness are becoming green. The trees are bearing their fruit; the fig tree and the vine yield their riches.

Joel 2:23-24 23 Be glad, people of Zion, rejoice in the LORD your God, for he has given you the autumn rains because he is faithful. He sends you abundant showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before. 24 The threshing floors will be filled with grain; the vats will overflow with new wine and oil.

Joel 2:25-26 25 “I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten— the great locust and the young locust, the other locusts and the locust swarm—my great army that I sent among you. 26 You will have plenty to eat, until you are full, and you will praise the name of the LORD your God, who has worked wonders for you; never again will my people be shamed.

Joel 2:27-28 27 Then you will know that I am in Israel, that I am the LORD your God, and that there is no other; never again will my people be shamed. 28 “And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people.Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.

Outpour 1. To flow out rapidly 2. To flood with suddenly 3. To overtake 4. To come upon 5. To cover entirely

Heaven’s release Heaven’s outpour is always based on timing and positioning. Ecclesiastics 9:11 I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race [is] not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favour to men of skill; but time and chance happeneth to them all.

The enemy is afraid of the outpour therefore he cause you to become preoccupied with the affairs of this world. Heaven’s outpour is always subject to your level of obedience. What you do in earth for God will determine what God pours out from heaven.

2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Luke 11:9-13 9 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. 10 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

11If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if [he ask] a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? 12 Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion? 13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall [your] heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

Results of Heaven’s Outpour 1. There is an undeniable power released in your life. 2. Your soul is restored back to it’s original state. 3. Every principality becomes subject to will of God. 4. Your experience begins to line up with your belief and your confession. 5. Your breaking point becomes your breakthrough.
