5 GCFSI takes a broad view of innovation that encompasses technology, policy, markets, management techniques, analytics and combinations of these tools. The development of disruptive solutions has substantial underpinnings in our ability to understand the need, effectively define the solution space, understand the pitfalls in solutions development and then create innovation that meets the need. Considering this broader context of innovation, what does that mean for efforts to bring innovations to scale?
