2 packages (8oz. each) cream cheese, softened 1 can (8oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained cup chopped green pepper cup chopped green onions 1 tsp. seasoned salt 2 cups chopped pecans, divided Assorted crackers

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the pineapple, green pepper, onions, seasoning and ½ cup pecans. Place on a sheet of plastic wrap; shape into ball. Refrigerate overnight. Just before serving, roll cheese ball in remaining pecans. Serve.

All of the ingredients being mixed into the bowl. The onions and green peppers are chopped. The pecans are chopped and rolled onto the cheese ball.
