Opening the database Double click on the database name with the file extension “.mdb” If you happen to see the same file name with the extension “.ldb” this means someone else currently has the database open and it is not available. In the example shown here the DRA2-EDL database can be opened, however the TPRI/Tejas Lee database is already in use by another user.

4. Address Security Warning First Click on “OPTIONS” button next to the security warning. When the Security Alert window opens, click on the radial button for “Enable this content” Note: Enabling this feature will allow queries to run and this step must be completed prior to any data entry.

5. Main Menu Screens To enter assessment data, click appropriate test menu box: To update new students, or teacher changes from StuPlus, click this button, enter campus #, then click Yes to all query prompts

6. DRA-EDL2 Data Entry Screen Enter data by selecting from drop down boxes. Advance to next student record by clicking record arrow at bottom of page. Click her e for next student record.

7. To access teacher reports, click here: Enter Teacher ID when prompted To enter data, click appropriate entry screen box: DRA-EDL2 Main Menu Screen To access campus reports, click here: Enter Grade Level (KG, 01, 02…etc) when prompted
