8. 8 Must provide Hotel Accommodations This is a requirement of your office It is not up to the GHP, a committee, or you. If guest has to arrive a day early or leave a day late it is because of your schedule – If you don’t like it then change the schedule Hotel Accommodations are to be provided for ALL necessary nights

13. 13 Protocol during Conclave Introductions Late arrivals get introduced later NOT after the Grand Encampment officers or M.W. Grand Master There are exceptions Grand Masters with staff WARNING – the most common cause of running late is poor introduction protocol. Don’t run out of time
