3. Current State: My name is Pradeep Naidu and I am the Lead consultant/Studio Manager for SLK Animation Studio which was established in 2010 by me & CEO of SLK group (Parth Amin). Building the team at SLK Studio from scratch by pooling talented artists from all over India & acted as a Strong Catalyst for the success of the company within a span of one year. Background: I am from the pleasant town of chintamani which is nearly 70kms from the Silicon Valley of India (Bangalore). While I was pursuing my final year degree, I came across arena multimedia and fell in love with this career instantly. Since then my Passion & Soul of work became Animation.

Experience: 2001 to 2003 - Jadoo works, started as a fresher and left the company as senior texture artist and also worked in fur, paint effects, facial animation, Lighting Departments. 2003 to 2005 - DQ Entertainment, Worked as Texture lead and Layout lead. 2005 to 2006 - Idea Studios, Worked as a Senior texture artist and level designer and Lighting Artist. 2006 to 2008 - Ittina Animation studios, Worked as Sr texturing and key Lighting Artist. 2008 to 2009 - Paprikaas, Texturing lead 2010 to till date -SLK Studios, Studio Manager/Lead consultant

5. Organizational Skills: Well-developed conceptual, design, and storytelling skills for animation. I developed and improved my organizational skills, leading a highly creative team of artists and Work together with many development teams. The challenge was to be able to coordinate and supervise the art department in order to keep high Standards of execution and concept within a given amount of time. Coordination between the inter department teams was crucial and I gained experience in working with different departments over the years and to advise the clients in order to maintain the highest quality possible for our projects. In plain simple words, I get work done in any given circumstances and with quality to show.
