Building of inter-district wholesale trade base, the wholesale market "Gifts Prusyvashshya" Idea of the project: organization of inter-district wholesale- trade base, a wholesale trade market of agricultural products with the use of up-to-date technologies of storing and processing of agricultural production. Initiator: Anatoliy Parytskiy– head of the diversified firm “Saygon ” saigon@mail.ru. saigon@mail.ru Place of realization: the object is situated in the center of Novotroitsk district, at the entrance to Novotroitsk village, along Kherson-Simferopol highway. Total project cost: 984,9 thous. $ Scheme of financing : the sum required for realization of the project is 984,9 thousand $. An investor joins to the project through direct financing and running the business upon the conditions of land plot and facilities rent. Personal endowment of the investor – available land plot and production sites. Expected resultthere the inter-district wholesale-trade base with a total holding capacity of 2.2. thousand tons of vegetables to receive from farming enterprises of Novotroitsk district and the neighbor Henichesk,Ivanivka,Chaplynka districts for storing and further sales of vegetables Current state of project realization: availability status – 88% Pay-back period: 4 years. Profitability: 22,7%. Advantages of the project: the main competitive advantages of the vegetable storing base construction are Availability of raw materials; High gustatory qualities of the vegetable production of the region; Comfortable location (close to the railway station, crossroads of republican importance, trade seaport Henichesk, borders on health resort zones ) Cheap but skillful labor force (availability of the training base); Modern equipment– automatic microclimate PTC «Turgor-AM»; Availability of a complex infrastructure near the vegetable-storage– cafes with lounges, gas stations and service stations; Availability of a land plot for truck parking; Possibility of the food factory recovery; Realization of alternative energy source projects on the territory of the district; Infrastructure and resources: the investment proposal includes already existing storage facilities with a total square of 1990,5 sq.m., administration buildings 259 sq.m., shed – 844 sq.m. Access roads are asphalted. Building for security and dressing room. The territory is fenced. A weight platform for freight traffic transport is available. Sales market: Bordering of the district on Chaplynka, Kakhovka, Nyzhni Sirohozy, Ivanivka and Henichesk districts allows an inter- district functioning of the vegetable storage. Besides, the district location is very close to health-resort areas of the Crimean peninsula and to Arabat Arrow of the Sea of Azov that allows selling of production to sanatoriums and holiday hotels during the year. At present time,because of the absence of vegetable storage in the district, the main source of agricultural production sales remains direct sale from the fields. Job creation and social effect: realization of the project involves creation of 7 work places. Later the number of work places will increase to 10-15.
