6 Funding and Cost-Sharing Max. level requested is $125K/yr for up to 3 yrs Cost-sharing match of 1:1 is required NASA EPSCoR RID funds cannot be used for: Equipment Foreign Travel Civil Service Personnel Travel

7 The Purposes of the Technical Advisory Committee are to: Advise on jurisdiction research and economic priorities; Assist in planning research areas that align with state priorities; Provide technical guidance to the state’s NASA EPSCoR program; and Review program progress and accomplishments.

8 Technical Advisory Committee consists of: the state’s NASA EPSCoR Program Director (Committee Chair) at least one member of the state’s EPSCoR Committee at least one representative from the state’s industry at least one representative from the state’s government, and one member from at least three affiliates of the state’s NASA Space Grant Program.

9 2 USRP Students Supported in 2006 Natika Onyeka, Alabama A&M Assisted in the development of advanced sensors needed to monitor the structural health of spacecrafts such as the Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV). David Parsons, Auburn University Assisted in establishing a distributed simulation of the integrated Crew Launch Vehicle (CLV) and Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV).
