9 What are meteoroids? Meteoroid – a small, rocky body that revolves around the sun. –think: mini “Asteroid”

10 What is a Meteor? Meteor – the bright streak of light –“Shooting Stars” –think: “Meteor Shower”

11 What are Meteorites? Meteorite – A meteoroid that strikes the ground. –think: Can hold it “rite” in your hand!
