3 Regional Administrator Duties – Provide… 1.Leadership 2.Vision 3.Administrative oversight 4.Identify local and regional needs 5.Evaluation of program and services 6.Identify technologies and utilize technologies 7.Provide access to training 8.Maintain local relationships 9.Civil rights compliance

4 Leadership Transformational Leader –Leadership that leads to positive change for everyone to succeed –Convey clear vision of goals and outcomes –Reward creativity, enthusiasm and innovation –Inspires faculty & staff to change expectations, perceptions and motivations –I will need to earn your trust, respect, admiration –I always challenge status quo while encouraging creativity
