1 The Progesterone Project Learning Session Storyboard January 26, 2015

2 Sharing The Story of Your Patients Use slides 3-6 in this outline as a guide to tell other teams at the Learning Session about your work using progesterone to prevent preterm birth. These slides should be customized to reflect your team’s work. Feel free to insert pictures and narratives to create a storyboard that you think best describes your two patients candidates. Add your site’s data graphs from Sharepoint to help illustrate your progress and opportunities. When you are finished adapting these slides, make a copy of each one and bring them with you to the Learning Session. You will be given a 40”x30” poster on a tripod and push pins to attach your storyboard. Please save your storyboard slides as a PowerPoint document with your hospital name, such as “BestHosp.Storyboard.ppt”. Send your storyboard to OPQC at opqc@cchmc.org by Friday,1/23/14. After the Learning Session, they will be posted on the OPQC web site.opqc@cchmc.org Questions?
