How does a manager assess work that is being done? Yearly Evaluation Staff members evaluate themselves- student retention Manager evaluates them - help Vice President/Human Resources – records and pay

So what kinds of data are there? Number of students seen in total Number of female students seen & male students seen Average number of appointments per student Severity of cases Crisis appointments Presenting problem- substance abuse, depression, anxiety, etc

General Improvements Case Management Need more than the time spent with the student ! Phone calls (Only with student permission) to doctors, family members, teachers, pharmacies, out side referral source, insurance companies Coordinating group events Much of this is overlooked but necessary to obtain the ultimate goal
