3. How does a manager assess work that is being done? Yearly Evaluation Staff members evaluate themselves- student retention Manager evaluates them - help Vice President/Human Resources – records and pay

5. So what kinds of data are there? Number of students seen in total Number of female students seen & male students seen Average number of appointments per student Severity of cases Crisis appointments Presenting problem- substance abuse, depression, anxiety, etc

General Improvements Case Management Need more than the time spent with the student !  Phone calls (Only with student permission) to doctors, family members, teachers, pharmacies, out side referral source, insurance companies  Coordinating group events Much of this is overlooked but necessary to obtain the ultimate goal
