3. Physiological This level is the most important level for example: Breathing- you would not be able to live without breathing and we would all be dead. Food and water-you need for energy and we need energy to grow and reproduce. Also water hydrates us. Sex- people need to have sex to reproduce and increase the population, if people stopped mating then the population would be slowly getting smaller and smaller until there's no one left. Sleep-you need to sleep to rest your brain because if you did not you could start finding it hard to think and after a couple of nights without sleep you could start to hallucinate. Also your brain cannot function and would find it hard to send messages through the rest of your body until eventually it would just give up.

4. SAFETY It important to feel safe as well as be safe. Safety of health so being secure and not being threatened or at risk. Safety of the family so you in a safe environment with them there not putting you at risk.

5. Love/belonging Friendship, family and those you love it is important to have these sort of people in your life.For emotional support as well as helping you through life and help you with problems.

6. esteem Self esteem, confidence and achievement is all important for a person because if they had low self esteem they’d always be doubting themselves and comparing themselves to other. They would not feel normal. You need confidence to believe in yourself as well as those around you if you do not believe in yourself you may not achieve a goal or get to where you want to be. Or to stand up for what is right
