If you have a dark page you don’t want to write on, grab a piece of paper from the front table and tape it on. 1.Cover Page – did this on Tuesday: years, who, your name, 3 pictures 2.Inside front cover – pg 2 – Vocab: you will cut out definitions & words & glue/tape in 3.Tape in map, label battles, tape in 2 soldiers: 1 patriot & 1 British 4. Purple “Common Sense” 5.Label it “Declaration of Independence”. You will write on this page 6 & 7 Write across the top of both pages “How did America change from being divided colonies to the United States of America?” – you will tape a timeline across both pages & add events 8.Tape in the foldable – in class notes on Constitution Day 9/17 – fold it in ½, tape along the edges

3. 9. Write “A New Nation is Formed”. You will write on this page. 10.Tape in political cartoon wkst on top ½. Write “history.com videos” on the bottom ½. Make 3 columns since you will be watching 3 videos and taking notes. 11.Write “French Come to Help”. You will read out of the book & take notes about the French helping, why they did it and the difference it made. Add a picture for full credit. Top ½ of this page. 11. Bottom ½ of page: you will make a chart to show data and write a summary about a different set of data that I give you. 12. Back page – tape the “Summary Work following each station” pink paper. This will be filled out each day based on what assignment you did. For battles, you will look at your group’s project and make a decision.
