ABSTRACT SUMMARY FSU CHOSE TO IMPLEMENT AN INSTITUTIONAL REPOSITORY FOR THE HBCU LIBRARY ALLIANCE LEADERSHIP MENTORING PROGRAM PROJECT. THE GOAL OF THIS PROJECT IS TO HAVE AN ELECTRONIC FORUM WHERE FACULTY, STUDENTS AND STAFF CAN PUBLISH SCHOLARLY INFORMATION UNDER THE BRAND NAME OF FAYETTEVILLE STATE UNIVERSITY.

SUMMARY FSU HAS IN PLACE AN INSTITUTIONAL REPOSITORY WHERE FACULTY AND STUDENTS CAN PUBLISH THEIR INTELLECTUAL OUTPUT UNDER THE BRAND NAME OF FAYETTEVILLE STATE UNIVERSITY. THE NEXT STEPS ARE TO INTEGRATE IT INTO THE TENURE REVIEW PROCESS, POLICIES AND THE UNIVERSITY’S STRATEGIC PLAN.
