2 Dissection Pan- Used to place a specimen in when conducting a dissection.

3 Safety Glasses- Used during lab procedures to protect the eyes.

4 Dropper- Used to carry small drops of liquid from a container to where it’s necessary in lab.

5 Triple Beam Balance- Used to measure the mass of an object.

6 Bunsen Burner- Produces a flame to provide an experiment with heat if necessary.

7 Forceps- Used for holding, moving, or picking up things during experiments.

8 T-Pins- Used for pinning or holding down object to a dissection pan during dissection.

9 Beaker- Used for holding and measuring liquids during experiments.

10 Ruler- Used for measuring length of objects.

11 Graduated Cylinder- Used for measuring, transporting, and pouring liquid during experimentation.

12 Microscope- Used to magnify objects so that they can be seen clearly.

13 Test Tube- Used for holding liquid during an experiment.

14 Test Tube Holder- A rack used to hold test tubes during an experiment.

15 Scissors- Used for cutting especially during dissections.

16 Glass Slide- Used to display a specimen under a microscope. Cover Slip- Placed over the specimen on the glass slide.

17 Petri Dish- Used to hold samples, usually growing; bacteria, fungus, etc. to be used in an experiment.

18 Probe- Used for pointing, moving, or pushing during dissection. Scalpel- Cutting tool used during dissection.

19 Funnel- Used for pouring liquid from one container to another.

20 Thermometer- Used for measuring temperature during experimentation.

21 Pipette- Used for transporting a measured liquid.
