11. Match Cut A graphic match between edits An edit where Shot (A) and Shot (B) have either matching images, sounds, or locations

13. Jump Cut A cut that creates a lack of continuity by leaving out part of the action, thereby drawing attention to itself A random edit with seemingly no purpose
