8. Updates item 6 New “396 Nursing Mothers Room” room use code has been added in 300 serious Office Facilities category. According to State of Arkansas Act 621 House Bill 1552 (2009), an employer shall make a reasonable effort to provide a private, secure, and sanitary room or other location in close proximity to the work area, other than a toilet stall, where an employee can express her breast milk.
