8 D ATA MEANS … Strategy test and knowledge tests are? The Framework is? What is eAsttle? What is an SMS? Can you use it? What is the Expectation Data? How will you manage testing in Term 1? How will you use the data you collect? How will your teachers use the data? What does being multiplicative mean? What does “at risk” mean?

9 F ACILITATING WORKSHOPS MEANS … Getting teachers to focus on decimals (eg). How do you challenge a belief? What do teachers expect to happen in Year 10? Do we teach procedurally or conceptually? Does algebra mean x + x = 2x? Is place value important? How do you teach place value? How will you establish teacher need? Who chooses the workshop topic? How often will you run workshops?

What do you model? Who do you model with? Why do you model? How much visiting is expecting? How will you record your visits? Teacher record?

12 F RAMEWORK MEANS … What is it be multiplicative? How do you know someone is additive? What do you need to understand decimal ops. What curriculum level is Stage 6? What is the framework? How will you report progress? How will you measure learning progress? What is the teaching model?
