CONCLUSIONS A relatively simple, quick exercise can already build awareness and understanding Application should be done regularly with multiple levels involved (local, regional) Effects measurement and collective feedback is essential for learning and consolidation An integrated approach works if agency objectives fit a clear common purpose – balanced ‘goal hierarchy’
