5. The Injured Soldier Fund The third car wash that I worked was to benefit an injured soldier who was hit with heavy shrapnel while he was in Iraq fighting for America. 6. Summary My service learning was a very good experience. My service learning was a very good experience. I feel very fortunate that I am healthy and able to help those people that are less fortunate than myself.
