How students apply 1.Student visits Project GO website http://rotcprojectgo.org. http://rotcprojectgo.org 2.Student identifies one or more programs that fit his/her schedule. 3.Student applies directly to those programs. (instructions on Project GO site) Project GO Scholarships are merit-based and competitive!
