2. So who created Mozilla FireFox? The Firefox project began as an experimental branch of the Mozilla project by Dave Hyatt and Blake Ross. They believed the commercial requirements of Netscape's sponsorship and developer-driven feature creep compromised the utility of the Mozilla browser. The Firefox project has undergone several name changes. Originally titled Phoenix, it was renamed because of trademark issues with Phoenix Technologies. The replacement name, Firebird, provoked an intense response from the Firebird free database software project. In response, the Mozilla Foundation stated that the browser should always bear the name Mozilla Firebird to avoid confusion with the database software.

3. Mozilla Firefox and their products and services The Mozilla Project aims to maintain choice and innovation on the Internet and browsing. To achieve this, the Mozilla Project produces and provides the Firefox web browser and the Thunderbird e-mail server as well as other products such as Bugzilla. Bugzilla Logo Bugzilla is an open software product which can be downloaded. It is literally another version of Mozilla FireFox in which you can have an email acount. The father and governing company who owned Mozilla was called Netscape who are a very big company. Mozilla has created these different programmes to give customers exactly what they're looking for in their package in which they have downloaded.
