When will it happen? Answer: 24:4-14 Christians would be persecuted v.9-14 The gospel would be preached to the whole world, THEN the end would come v.14

What is the sign? Answer: 24:15 “When you see…” “…the abomination of desolation standing in the holy place,” Compare Luke 21:20 “…Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know its desolation is near.” Your house is left to you desolate 23:38 “Then let those in Judea flee…”
