Spencer Educational Foundation, Inc. provides scholarships to students and educational grants to individuals pursuing careers in insurance and risk management. The foundation has awarded more than $4.5 million in scholarships since being established in 1979 The Central Penn Risk Insurance Management Society invites you to participate in our 2012 Annual Golf Outing to benefit Kids’ Chance of Pennsylvania, Inc. and the Spencer Educational Foundation, Inc..
