3 Downtown Vacaville PDA Downtown PDA boundaries: Monte Vista Avenue to Interstate 80; and West Street to Depot Street Significant existing Downtown PDA elements include: ◦ Downtown Transit Plaza ◦ Jobs and Services - Professional office, Retail, Industrial / Service, Restaurant ◦ Single family and medium density housing ◦ Pedestrian friendly facilities ◦ Multitude of entertainment options

4 Downtown Vacaville PDA Future vision of the Downtown PDA includes: ◦ Mixed use (live~work) & affordable high density housing in the Opportunity Hill and Depot Street areas ◦ Enhancement of existing pedestrian facilities with the extension of the Creekwalk trail from McClellen St. to east of Depot Street ◦ Centralized downtown parking ◦ Major utility infrastructure improvements to serve development of Opportunity Hill

5 Allison / Ulatis PDA Allison / Ulatis PDA boundaries: Interstate 80, Ulatis Creek and the Putah South Canal Phase 1 of the Vacaville Transportation Center is the latest significant element added to the Allison / Ulatis PDA ◦ Regional as well as local transportation options ◦ Park and ride facilities and vanpool ◦ Connections to Sacramento, BART and the Vallejo Ferry Ulatis Creek pedestrian / bike path

6 Allison / Ulatis PDA Employment opportunities within the Allison / Ulatis PDA is very prominent with 3500 jobs currently, and 4300 anticipated by 2035 ◦ Travis Credit Union, Chase Bank, and Bank of America ◦ Large retail including Safeway, Target, Ross, and Burlington Coat Factory ◦ UPS, Dental offices and other office type service ◦ Numerous small and medium retail employers ◦ More than 15 restaurants

7 Allison / Ulatis PDA Entertainment and leisure opportunities are well established in the Allison / Ulatis PDA ◦ Vacaville Performing Arts Theater – live stage entertainment during the year including plays, comedy, and musical performances ◦ Ulatis Community Center – provides facilities for conferences, corporate meetings and receptions ◦ Solano County Branch Library – full services county library and educational programs
