Wassily’s early years Wassily was born on December 4 th 1866 in Moscow, Russia In 1871 Wassily’s parents got divorced, so Wassily moved in with his aunt Wassily learned how to play piano and the cello at age 10 but did not learn art yet. Wassily’s parents named him Vassily but you can spell it Wassily and Vassily.

3. WASSILY’S ART CAREER In 1896 Wassily moved to Munich, Germany and began his art career. Wassily painted with many things like the canvas, water colors, paint, and bright and dull colors. Most pictures that Wassily did were abstract. Wassily did move back to Russia, and when he did he painted only a little in that time. One of Wassily’s first painting was Composition IV (four). Wassily was one of the first people to make an abstract art painting.

4. My favorite painting by Wassily is called around the circle, and that is what this picture is. Most of Wassily’s paintings are abstract, and I really like abstract art so that is why I chose Wassily Kandinsky. I also learned a lot of things on Wassily Kandinsky. All the things that I found on Wassily were interesting. I really like Wassily Kandinsky and I am glad I choose him.
