The waiting and greeting staff wear black pants, black non-slip shoes, a provided BWW jersey with their name written on the back, and hair must be pulled back. The staff is required to be at least 16 years old to work there. The training that the staff goes through is 6 days long. Each day has something new and at the end of the day they are quizzed on what they did that day. At the end of the 6 days they have a timed mock order. Where they take an order and show how well they absorbed their training.

Any entry level position has the opportunity to be promoted to a higher level. (Hospitality Manager started as a waitress.) The best thing about working there according to the Hospitality Manager, Marty Hubbard is “ meeting new people, making people happy and getting paid to watch sports. “ Most of the employees have not worked at other Buffalo Wild Wing locations.

The theme for Buffalo Wild wings is a sports bar setting with classic bar food. The layout of the establishment includes about 200 seats (counting the patio). The chairs, along with the tables are wood, and booths line the walls. There are tons of TVs all throughout the restaurant, complimented by dim lighting provided by hidden fixtures.
7
The outside area of the establishment was kept fairly clean, especially for being in a plaza type setting. Does not recycle. The inside is dim but you can still see where you are going. Sports memorabilia is hung all over the walls along with the huge TVs.

This Buffalo Wild Wings has about 200 seats and on an average Sunday will do about 4 turns, sometimes more depending on the game that day. Tuesdays and Thursdays are also popular days for the restaurant due to the wing specials. According to the manager there is a 12 minute ticket time, meaning they try to get all orders out in at least 12 minutes. The sports bar does have a lot of repeat customers to come in and watch the game and enjoy a beer with their friends.

The menu is easy to read and not too long. The menu uses bright yellow which makes it easier and more fun to read. Price Range- Wings are anywhere from $5.99- $37.99 (depending on the amount) Examples of menu items- Boneless and traditional wings, burgers, wraps, salads, and flatbreads.

The kitchen has basic equipment such as… Multiple Fryers Microwave Grill Refrigerators

Although Buffalo Wild Wings does not deliver they do have takeout. You can call in your order and they will have it ready by the time you get there. The target market for this bar is really any kind of sports fan, whether it is football, soccer, or boxing, they usually have something to interest every sports fan.

Whenever I go to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings it is usually with friends. The atmosphere is fun and the food is pretty good. In my opinion the food is a little expensive for what you get. I usually get 8 boneless mild wings and just that costs $7.99 then if you add a side of fries that is an extra $2.49. So my total bill after tip is usually about $15- $17 dollars. It also seems that my food never gets out within 12 minutes, sometimes it is anywhere from 20-25 minutes. I do enjoy going every once in a while but since I’m not a big sports fan, this isn’t really my favorite place.
