Tashkent subway is a dynamic and pollution-free structure of public transport having 29 stations. One of the new lines of the subway i.e. Yunusabad line consisting of six stations, was launched into operation in 2001, and significantly simplified the transport communication between large residential blocks and the centre of the capital. Car, tram and trolley-bus fleets are being methodically upgraded along with the subway and extend their services.

For maintenance of transportation process of the enterprise of association have a rolling stock in quantity of 1486 buses and minibuses, 90 automobile taxi, 109 trams, 117 trolley buses and 212 cars of the underground. The enterprises of association serve 182 city routes. All types of transport on the average in day transport 2,0 million passengers.
