7 Legislation  The amendment of the Act No. 152/1995 Coll. on foodstuffs as No. 472/2003 – date of entry into force : 1st December 2003  § 23 art. 6 – Authorities of State Veterinary and Food Administration inspect import of the foodstuffs of plant origin on approved border crossings pursuant to the legislation of the European Communities

8 Legislation  The State Veterinary and Food Administration of the Slovak Republic (SVFA) prepared methodological instruction for RVFAs and DVFAs for the control of specific imported foodstuffs from third countries on the borders  Agreement between SVFA and Custom Services for the control of specific imported foodstuffs from third countries
